Here's an updated URL to the thread: http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthr...LAC-in-Windows

Your link was from when we were running an older version of vBulletin.

That is the same link as: http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php?33033

A redirect can be added to the .htaccess file in the root to redirect all the old forum URLs to the new ones. Expressions must be used, and I don't know them. Following a redirect that was written for me it would be something like:

      RedirectMatch permanent /forum/archive/index.php4/t-(.*) http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php?$1

Now that includes some junk at the end of the new URL, but it should work. Someone knowing expressions could write a more elegant one. (I have asked the people that wrote the one I use...)

        A helper writes:

Not tested, but probably (all on one line):

        RedirectMatch permanent /forum/archive/index.php4/t-([0-9]*).html http://www.htguide.com/forum/showthread.php?$1

I have a redirect in .htaccess for the main forum URLs, but not the archive ones. I'll have to add that.

EDIT: done. Only needed to redirect index.php4/blah blah to index.php/blah blah.

          Code:
          RewriteRule ^archive/index.php4(.*)$ archive/index.php$1 [R=301]

              Hi everyone,
I'm aware that, with the 1056, you can redirect the front channel amplifiers to
power center back speakers or speakers in Zone 2 speakers. But if i'm running a 6.1 setup (ie using the 1056 and an RB1070 to power the front mains ), i assume its impossible to redirect one of...

Redirect feature of RSX-1055 not working
              by Terry
I recently bought a Rotel RB-1070 amp hoping to use it to drive my front speakers and use the redirect feature in the receiver to use it to drive the center back speakers.

Unfortunately I have not been able to get this to work.

I just upgraded the firmware from 1.37...

              Hi All,

I'm not sure if I have a problem with my amp or I have set someting up incorrectly; here goes:

              1055 Redirect Not Working
              by Energeezer
Finally got around to bi-amping my front speakers last night using my RSX 1055 and RMB 1075.
Unfortunately the Redirect feature of my 1055 does not seem to be working. When I select redirect rear back speakers to front it will not take and remains on front.
              Any ideas

              Help - RSX-1055 / RB-1050 - redirect feature
              by dmcgowan
Just relocated my gear in our living room and I'm having a bugger of a time to get the redirect to work again. I used to have the RB-1050 driving the front left and right channels but decided that it would be better to use the RB-1050 for the 2 x centre back channels.

              Sure it is all connected...
