Levinson 331 or 334 enough to drive Revel Salons

Was wondering if 100 or 125 wpc into 8 ohms would be enough to drive a pair of Salons, which have a sensitivity of 86 db. I believe the Salons are 6 ohm speakers.

Doubtful. 200wpc should be the start.

If you can swing it go for the 334. The Salons and the Studios have a very high damping factor and love the power. I currently own a pair of Studios and have tried them with many amps. You will need a high current amp to make them sound at there best. :B

I have heard that the Studio's and Salon's like lots of power. Maybe a Levinson 332 or 333 may be a better match. BTW Tyler, How do you like the Studio's. And what size room do you have. Thanks
