    Steven Jobs RIP

Wow. May have no "real" impact on the technology world right away , but we may have lost future ideas , and I would think Apple will stagger a bit under the blow. He was one of the Founding Fathers of the Technology Revolution , and unlike the Red Menace Gates , he seemed to be closer to the helm of his company.

I'd definitely agree there! Gates has always been more into the business aspect and money side of things, where Jobs was certainly right up in the technology feet first careless of what everyone else was doing and what would make him the most money. I'd even say that Jobs shaped the computer industry a lot more so then any other person that was involved. Gates may of really started the PC, but Jobs is the one that introduced it to innovation and style.

Very sad. yes, truly a tech pioneer. Props to his contribution to our world. I remember his work with Pixar as well.

I'm not a big Apple fan, but can recognize the impact Jobs had in the technology world. And no matter who it is, it's always sad to see someone pass before their time.
