That is an older model, and I am aware of at least two people who have gotten one in the last 6 months for ~$1000, so I would say no, that is not a great price.

I am using the Panasonic xr 57 with the behringer 1500 as a sub amp. Well to make a long story short I am not getting a signal to the behringer amp.
