Rented the movie Twisted last night which reunits Ashley Judd and Samuel L Jackson in a smart well written thriller. I pegged the ending about a third into it so its not that big a twist but its still a fun ride and the acting is pretty good with the exception of a scene that I thought wasn't done very well. Andy Garcia plays Ashley's detective partner and puts in his usual solid role...though its typical Garcia (which works for this role).
The sound effects were better then average providing ambience throughout the film and more directional effects when needed. The PQ wasn't reference quality with many of the dimly lit scenes seeming to be a little washed out but over all its decent.
All in all I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5
