Silver Linings Playbook...
A friend of mine dropped off this movie in BD format the other day for me to watch. I would personally never rent this film in all likelihood, but alas, it was dropped on my lap.....so.....I spun it!.
All I have to say is that I really liked this film!. It's peddled as a romantic comedy but there really isn't too much real comedy in it. It's more of a romantic drama than a romantic comedy. Think two bi-polar people meeting and connecting. However, this film works on many levels. The acting is good....the character development is good, and the chemistry is good. It all comes together nicely in the end. It's just good.....period.
Stars Robert DeNiro and that chick from Hunger Games (Wow....she looks good in this film!!).....and a few other notables......forget the lead actors name....but...he's been around in a few other films.
8/10 stars for this engaging, fun, and emotional film!. Well done!. :T
