    Lakeview Terrace had some moments...

... but overall it is a plot that has been done many times in the past: couple move next door to hostile neighbor. In this case, an interracial couple move next door to uptight cop, Samuel L. Jackson, whoe also feels like should stick to like, so he begins to unload his seething anger on the couple. Some of his actions are a bit of a stretch and I had a hard time believing he would go as far as he did in the end. But it was a fair thriller with good acting from Jackson, as usual, so I didn't regret renting it, but wouldn't want to watch it again.

This might be fun too for folks all...
