Based on a short story by Eileen Wang, Lust Caution, the 156 minute long espionage thriller belongs to this young woman, Wong Chia Chi (Tang Wei), whose life is shaped by the misfortune of coming of age in Japanese-occupied Shanghai during World War II and their plans to assassinate a notable official of those times, along with a group of her friends.
Once you start watching it, you can't stop. Although this is a foreign language movie but the plot keeps you glued on.
