    Firefly?

From everything I've read, I am sold on the series, not yet having seen any of it, but am curious how well the DVD set was done. Who here's got it?

Brandon, I think Jon Marsh has it and I'm planning on picking it up if I can find it at a local store.

Up in canuckville, our local Sci-Fi channel ran the entire series over labour day.
I must say, it was very well done.
Arguable, one of Whedon's best series to date.
      If you're a fan of Buffy/Angel you'd like this.
Good characters too with some familiar faces.
This short lived series was also the basis for the recently released Serenity movie as well.
I'm not going to bother watching the movie, until i've viewed the entire series.
(i only got to watch about 4 episodes that weekend).
      good stuff though.
I'm certainly entertaining the idea of buying (if not, i'll certainly rent the series over a weekend).

If you're a Firefly fan, then don't miss the new movie Serenity which is a continuation of the Firefly story.

Ooh, looks like some more Firefly fans in the making. Yay.

As for how well the DVD set was done, definitely better than most of the stuff out there. Transfer is good, extras are plentiful (and for once, I *totally* recommend listening to the commentaries... pretty funny stuff).

Almost two years after it was released, and it's still in the top ten DVD sales at Amazon. Talk about the little show that could.

We've had several discussions here in the Guide about the show "Firefly", which spawned a movie "Serenity". It's really interesting how the public interest in this show not only stayed strong after it's cancellation, with some noticeable uproar, but there's STILL quite a bit of...

My local library recently bought this series and being a fan of all the other "24" series, I just had to snap it up!.

              P-p-p-p-p-p-p-lease watch this movie?

Great flick. 15 years after the first release, this movie is re-released on DVD in the "Vista Series", with an excellent DVD transfer and new special features.

This is a fantastic idea for a movie, mixing animation into real-world...
