I've been searching the net and can't seem to find anything but a few UK links for it.

Is the trilogy of extended editions not available in an all-in-one box set in North America...? Anyone have info...?

I know that a boxset of all 3 extended editions exists. I saw some when I got my last EE of ROTK.

they're definitly around, but they go for almost $100 I think. I've seen them at pretty much all the major retailers, like Fry's, BB, Tower Records. IMO, only the ROTK is worth getting.

Wife got them for me for my birthday. She signed up for the amazon ccard which saves you $30, and it happened to be on sale when she got it, I think she got it shipped for $60 give or take a couple of bucks. There are deals out there!

I already owned FOTR EE and TTT EE, so after I purchased ROTK EE I ordered the collectors sleeve seperately. Unfortunately that was months ago, and I haven't received it yet! :M

I also ordered the slip case separately since I already owned all three movies. I've heard that it takes roughly four months to receive the case. You should receive a confirmation email stating the case is shipping anytime soon if it's been months already.
