Anything, pretty much, in Gladiator.

I'll add:

Spidey's first swing after Ben is killed (goosebumps i tell ya!).

Superman most excellently grabbing both the Chopper AND Lois at the same time.
"You got me?! Who's got you?!!!"

When the F-14's are finally cleared to fire on the Japanese Zero's after annihilating Senator Chapman's Yacht in Final Countdown. (the whole build up to that and its subsequent climax is pretty orgasmic, i feel like screaming out "Ya baby!" when i see it).

Bill Paxton in Near Dark: "It's Finger Lickin' Good!"

Joe Pesci's expression when he walks through the door, and instantly realizes he's about to get whacked in Goodfellas.
