Thanks for the reply, Doug. Looks like some members are awake after all. We sure do need a little activity here and at DVD Director.

I am here about everyday, but I lurk more than anything. I prefer to try to learn then to prove ignorance. That said, it's tough to learn if nothing is being discussed.

Well, we're safe for now. Thank goodness we're in a bowling alley.

Having seen Pitch Black just this year I was intrigued by the sequel(I'm hearing that 2 more are wanting to be made now..) also having missed this at the theater and liking this type of movie I knew I'd buy it. My expectations were rather low going in due to a piss poor showing at the box office plus...

                  DareDevil - Director's Cut
                  by Adz
The original DareDevil DVD is definitely in the Top 10 (at least mine) for reference quality sonic performance. I have followed posts in this and other forums, which deal with HDMI ability of the processors and new high definition formats. I have to say that actually after all this reading I feel much more comfortably with Parasound. We complained a lot about the lack of HDMI connections...

                  The Natural -- Director's Cut
                  by George Bellefontaine
When I saw this film in 1984 in the theater, I felt it was the greatest baseball movie ever made, and after watching the newly released director's cut on standard dvd, my opinion hasn't changed.

There's probably few here who are not aware of this film, but basically it's about a talented...
