12 Volt Trigger - 1068/1075

Hi folks;

long time lurker and I believe first time poster here

Just recently purchased a 1068/1075 combo and have pretty damn happy.

However I do have a question I'm hoping someone might answer for me.

I'm curious about what the effect of the 12 volt trigger should be when I turn the 1068 off.

should the power light go off?
should the cuircuit protection leds light and turn off? (assuming no)
What should I see when it trips, cause the amp doesn't appear to power off at all when tripped

anyone who could describe what I should see, I would really appreciate it

What should happen when the 1068 powers off the protection LED's on the 1075 should briefly light up then fade away. If this doens't occur check to see if the switch on the back of the 1075 is set to the right position.

Ahh excellent thanks Andrew, thats exactly what happens but the blue power light stays on, sounds like it's acting as it should be.

Right the power light never goes off unless its unplugged
