    Welcome.

    Quick thoughts.

    1) If you have cable, disconnect to see if that stops the noise (this seems to solve at least 90% of issues).

    2) If not you will have to disconnect your equipment, and reconnect each component (including amps), until you find the culprit.

    Good Luck.

    Regards,

    Azeke

Yup, sounds like an another ground loop hum. Likely Cable or satellite feed as Azeke pointed out. If not follow his instructions and unplug everything, plugging back one thing at a time to narrow it down.

Glad you found it and are enjoying :T Do you have satellite? My guess is your TV is spreading the ground loop from the satellite hook up via that monitor cable.

Hey chaps, I hope you can help.

I finally switched from digital coaxial to 7.1 analogue connections between my HTPC and Processor to take advantage of the new sound formats.

Unfortunately the upgrade has introduced a nasty buzzing sound through the speakers. It does not...

              Hi Everyone,

I am new to Rotel and this forum. Before few weeks I purchased Rotel 1065 A/V Receiver from 2002.
If I am close to speakers I can hear silent buzzing sound from left speaker. I have tried to disconnect everything and switch to fm tuner but buzzing is still there....

high frequency noise / hiss, RSP1068
              by torgelow2005
I'm using the RSO 1068 + RMB 1075 and I'm not satisfied with the noise behavior!

I'm not talking about white or pink noise from the power amp but about a high frequency signal (kHz range, like
tinnitus) mainly from the rear speaker.

I only hear this noise when...

              RSP1068 problem
              by wywong
Hi, my 4 yrs old rotel rsp1068/rmb1075 suddenly drop the right front channel yesterday. I switch the RSP1068 pre-out right and left front connection and the problem will move from right to left. So it definitely mean it is not a cable or rmb1075 amp issue. I try power cycle, unplug the power and wait,...
