this may be a really n00b question, but here goes:
can any of the rotels (rsx-1055 in particular) have different crossover settings for different speakers?
i.e.: my front left and rights are rated down to ~38hz, so it would be nice to have the sub kick in at ~40hz for material intended for the mains. but my center and surrounds really ought to have the sub kick in at ~80hz.
i've only ever had 2-channel systems before so maybe i'm just unclear on the concept, but this seems like a perfectly reasonable setup.... is there some principled reason not to do this? (or maybe you can on the 1055 and i just didn't figure it out in the one night i had it). or is merely a technical difficulty?
