    I'm BI and proud!

Not in the sexual sense you perv's. Thanks to Andrew and his talk on Bi-amping I figured for the $50 in speaker wire and banana tips I needed I'd give it a try. I used 4 of 5 channels on my 1095 to Bi-amp my L/R, the remaining channel was for the center. The rears were run off my Yamaha RX-V1400 that I'm using as a pre/pro. Speakers are connected by AR Master Series 10AWG copper/silver coated. Initial impressions are really good. Soundstage is bigger, cleaner and clearer. I'm hearing more detail than I heard before in movies. Compared to the bi-wiring I tried this is a bigger improvement. If you have the extra channels try it, you won't be disappointed.

    Bi-amping

If your not using an active crossover, you really haven't experienced all the benefits of BI-Amping. It should be as much or more differance then going to seperate amps vrs. the bi-wire... I know I'll never go back...... :T ;x( :agree:

Which of these mix are best for biamping in this price category ?
One 1075 is basic. Biamping for main speakers - of course for stereo.

        1. 1075 + 1075
        2. 1075 + 2 x 1070
        3. 1075 + 1090 (no biamping)

        biamping
        by swayback
Just received my 804's but have not hooked them up yet. I'm contemplating biamping them versus single wiring. Does anyone have an opinion on biamping? I've read in multiple posts that biwiring doesn't do much in terms of an audible difference but biamping can due to isolated current to the high and...

Biamping from a Rotel 1095 question
        by Taco
I posted a question here not long ago about biamping my B&W 802's with my 1095 and a new 1080. Someone made the suggestion to see how I liked biamping from my 1095 before purchasing the 1080. Well,
I finally got around to trying it by using my L and R and L Rear and R rear on my 1095 to...

HCA 2003 vs HCA 1206 Biamping?
        by Ossi
I currently have a HCA 2003 that I am using since some years already for the front 3 channels in my system. As I us this system for stereo listening as well, I though of going biamping as my speaker offer this approach. So I though of selling die HCA 2003 and buy a HCA 1206.
        From experience...

        Biamping the HTM2D?
        by mtlrx
Hi everyone, first post. I am wondering if it's worth biamping the HTM2d. I will be getting 802d and want to biamp them with Bryston 6b(3 channel) 300w/channel amps but wondering if it's worth biamping the HTM2D. If I do biamp the HTM2D I will get another 6b or should I just get a 4b(2 channel) also...
