I've also been looking around for good prices on Rotel stuff. I've come across Stassen in Venlo (http://www.stassen.nl).
The priced I received for the 1066 was 1429 Euro and for the 1075 amp 1250 Euro. This is a lot cheaper than the Swedish prices (where I'm from): 1900 Euro and 1700 Euro respectively! -
You can find Rotel RSP 1066 in Poland for 1300-1400 Euro, but dealer's price is 1750 Euro !!!Comment

But the pre-amp isn't that expencive. only the Poweramps and the RDV-1080 are way to expencive here.Comment

I'm not sure if any of you guys (or other persons from 220V countries) would like to have a vacation in Singapore but you can pick up the RSP-1066 for as little as Euro 900 here. :LOL: We're a great place to be to buy Rotel. Now if only I could say the same about B&W ...

The price of the RCD991 has dropped in our local stores. Its dropped from 1199 to 699 euro.
I asked Rotel if there will be a new cd player this season, they denied it.
Anybody else heard some rumours about a new top player of Rotel? I do not mention the rcd 1070, thats... -

Is any one using the serial connection to control their 1098? I did see a nice VB app but I was hoping someone was using Girder. I cant get the receiver to respond to the serial commands using Girder. I hoping there was some help out there.
Second, are the serial codes posted anywhere.... -
I just purchased a RA-02 from audiogon. Now on the Rotel website, it seems these 01, 02, 03, 06...etc were and are Euro models, but yet I do see them for sale on Ebay once in a while from people in the U.S. and are 115 V versions. How were these purchased? This is a mystery to me. Did people buy these... -
Any news about possible power conditioners (RLC-1040, RLC-1080) for the european market? I'm wondering why Rotel is sticking with the US market only. For a few hundred euro I'd be more than happy to add a rotel power conditioner and surge protector to my hifi plus have somewhere to connect all those...
