Firmware + Software Update RSX 1056

Hello!

I hope that somebody can help me, just tried to update my rsx 1056,everything went ok until I´ve had to press the 1. (mtty)
Does anybody knows about how to make the cable to be compatible ? I have this one here, https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So you see the prompts for 1. Yes, 2. No, 3. Direct Program, but when you hit 1 nothing happens at all? If that's the case I'm pretty sure the cable you picked has a close, but not correct pinout on the RJ45 side.

There's really only 3 pins that are used: Ground, Transmit, Receive. The receive is working fine since you get the menu prompt, but it looks like the transmit pin is wrong (you can't send a 1). You could repin the RJ45 side if you had a connector and crimp tool. Have you checked with Rotel Europe to see if it's available?
