    Rsp 1572 questions

    Hi guys

Im sorry if this has been asked already.

I read the manual and I dont seem to get bit. How do I set 2ch as defaulkt for a source so that everytime I choose that source(Input) 2ch becomes the default?

How do I bypass the processor when playing stereo?

How do I switch on/off the light around the volume dial?

Im certain this must be simple to do but I just seem not to get how to do it. I'll appreciate your help

Another question is how do I change volume from the default 0-99 to the THX relative volume?

When you go to that input, hit the 2CH button on the front or the remote. This will alternate between the available stereo modes. It will remember this mode for the next time you switch to that input. If it's a digital input, you may have to do this for every different digital mode you have.

You need to have the analog connections hooked up and have that input set up for analog. Then hit the 2CH button until you see BYPASS

You don't. But they do sell blackend stickers that tone down the brightness a lot.

      Not possible.

There is no light around the dial. (See Kevin's original response, above.)

Oh my bad. It looks like the light is on on most pics. It must be the flash effect

Actually, my bad. I completely looked over the part about the volume dial! Sorry. Yes, flash effect.

The 1572 has a USB port at the back. Can the bluetooth dongle be used there or is it used only at the front. The manual says the dongle must be used on the front port so I just wanna find out if you guys have tried it before.

                      Multi input default
                      by PSUfan
I may have asked before, but I'm not certain. I use the multi-input for viewing blu ray. Is there a way to default the Rotel 1068 to it when you select a video input?

I am aware of the button you can use on the remote.

                      Thanks,
                      Shane

Hi guys, I finally got moved into the new house this weekend and spent the better part of the weekend (much to my wife's dismay) hooking up the HT. I have not had a chance to calibrate anything yet, but sat down a few times to try to watch some things on the TV, just to test drive the HD cable.
