    Multi input default

I may have asked before, but I'm not certain. I use the multi-input for viewing blu ray. Is there a way to default the Rotel 1068 to it when you select a video input?

I am aware of the button you can use on the remote.

    Thanks,
    Shane

Yes if you enter the setup. Connect the unit to your screen using either the Video or S-Video labeled 'Mon Out'.

No, you do it the other way around. You assign a video input to the multi-channel input if you need it.

Is there a specific reason you would like to assign the 7.1 input to one of the other source inputs?
