New 1066 Firmware?

Just got my new 1066 up and running tonight and just thought I would check the revision number.. Now unless people are converting it to three digits somehow, I think this one is a little unique:

2.2.2_020905

Brand new, straight from Rotel.

Any thoughts?

That´s the firmware i have in my RSP-1066.

I would like to see a NEW firmware that takes care of the bassmanagement....

I want to be able to have the sub in MIN / OFF when I listen to music.

Hang tough guys there's a new firmware in the works as we speak that will address some of the issues...as soon as its made public I'll let you know.

Hi, guys.

I'm trying to upgarde my firmware and I would like to know how to make the cable. I tried using a standard RJ-45 straight cable with RS-232 adapter at the computer end, but was unable to get a hyperterminal session. I then tried an RJ-45 crossover to RS-232, but I just got a bunch of gobble-dee-goock. I guess the wiring is specific and I remember hearing someone mention the schematic is available. Some advice would be great as I am anxious to get the newest firmware on

Hi guys,

I found Andrews Post after some sifting through posts, I should be sorted now. I can't believe my way didn't work I use this cable adapter setup to telnet other devices with no probs.

I was hoping that Santa might bring us new firmware with some wish list items by Christmas but it looks like time is rapidly running out on that wish. :cry:
