Hum in RMB-1075 ???

    Hum in RMB-1075 ???

    I have a RMB-1075 connected in my RSX-1055 wich is sounding quite sweet !!

    I have one single problem...

    everytime the dishwasher's pump is working, i hear a hum in all my speakers ??

    only at that specific moment...and in no other time ! and if I raise the volume, the hum stays at the same level. (I have to see if I get the same thing with the swimming pool pump?)

    I tried connecting the amp in my line conditionner (Belkin PureAV) and still the same thing ??

    have any ideas, suggestions or solutions ?

          Receptical not grounded?. Try running the units on a different power receptical. Most surge protectors will indicate on the indicator lights when the protector is not plugged into a grounded receptical.

              I have a 9.1 but using the phono input is imposable due to the hum.
              I don’t think it is a ground loop as I have:
              Disconnected everything but the phono input
              Turned off all other power in the house except the power circuit for the Hi Fi
              Used an MIT Z-Isolator for the power...

              Ok, here i am. I'VE FOUND A SOLUTION FOR THE INFAMOUS 1095 (and other amps) BUZZ/HUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
              First of all get a cheated plug and connect the amp. Everything should be dead silent.
