    Possible update problem for my 1060

    I received a software upgrade for my 1060 about a month ago from B&W Group (V2.1.2). After installing it, I noticed some very apparent problems. The video seems "liney" now. Not as sharp. My Harmony One remote only works some of the time with the unit now..(I uninstalled the device and reinstalled with Logitech with same problem)

    I really enjoyed this unit before the upgrade and now I am rather disappointed...Even my wife has noticed a diffrence and asked if it was possible to revert to the older version.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem with the upgrade. Could it be the upgrade. Is it possible to revert to the older software...

    I tried swapping out cables, using different inputs on my Display and the problem remains...

      If the 1060 is like the 1050, check and see where the sharpness setting is. On the 1050 it could be 0-3. On 0 it looked horrible, 1 was perfect.

          thanks..ill give it a try.i noticed that when i did the upgrade all of the menu settings were defaulted again...

              well that def didnt work..DVD's look like crap and now it wont respond to my Harmony One...very unpleased right now...

                      absolutely not....now i have zero functions with my harmony remote...the load times are roughly 45 secs now...picture clarity is terrible...
                      i am so dissappointed...

                          now, unfortunately, my dvd player will not read ANY discs at all...it just gets better and better...I just e-maild tech support...I will post results...
