I am trying to burn my speakers. As I don't have a tuner, I figured I'd either continuously run a cd or plug in an ipod. I have an RCA cable for the ipod, which is the best input to use? Also, I have the Panasonic BD-30 as my cd player. How do I continously run and repeat a cd?

For the ipod you probably need a Y-cable. To repeat a CD you will need the Panasonic to have that function. The Rotel processor does not control the CD player.Originally posted by ipsterlI am trying to burn my speakers. As I don't have a tuner, I figured I'd either continuously run a cd or plug in an ipod. Do you have the processor connected to a TV tuner or cable box? If so, you can just use that as your audio input while you burn in the speakers. If not, you should get them connected. TV watching is a whole new experience in surround sound.- Bottom

Thanks for your help. In relooking, it appears I have a Y cable for the ipod. Which input would you recommend plugging it into? Also, I do not currently have the cable box hooked up to the 1069 processor, but plan on getting the wires soon to do so.- Bottom
