    1055 question

    Is there the equivalent of a video select button on the Rotel? I cant find anything in the manual about listening to one source and watching another.

    One more thing, if anyone is interested in makeing me an upgrade cable let me know. I need one around 30 feet long as my home pc is on the otherside of the room. Just let me know how much is would be.

      Stick to RSX1065 or go to 1055/1075 separates?

      I guess I'd like to hear/learn advices/experiences from those who have gone this route.

      That is, stick with the RSX1066, or exchange it for the RSX1055/RMB1075 combo? I bought it from Myer-Emco so I can do the exchange with no penalty.

      The reason I'm contemplating this...

      I own a 1055 and my favorite feature is the sub/center/surround level adjustment.

      How many times have you bumped up you sub or center channel volume and forgot to turn it back? With the Rotel it goes back automatically when you change sources or modes.

I have a question regarding the volume control of the 1055 (I know it's been discussed before), but I don't understand why I have to turn the volume up more than half (50/90) in order to get the same equivalent loudness of my old Pioneer...
