Rotel Contour Settings

thanks for the reply. the rc-1070 is a nice piece of gear. i just worry that using the contour will add to the sound rather than enhance............

Yes, I use it sometimes with My RSP-1098

Only when I'm playing along to a cd or listening to something poorly recorded, but for normal listening I usually have it on defeat. It's a nice feature to have though.

The difference is very subtle.

I have never played around with the contour settings.
