    RSX-1058, 24p again;)

    Hi!
    First of all; really nice forum, I got the link from a member of hifi-forum.de.

    Second my question. As far as I know the RSX-1058 does not support 1080p24 passthrough out of the box, right? In the thread "RSP-1069, known issues..." a scaler-bypass upgrade was discussed. Is this upgrade also available for the RSX, does it work well and maybe the most important - is it available in Europe, exactly in Germany?
    This upgrade installed is it still possible to pick up the audio signal (mpcm for high resolution audio formats) from hdmi connection?
