    Ht suggestions for 1067

    When playing two channel audio things sound great..... I have a 1080 and a 1067 surround reciever. when listen to music or a Movie through Sattelite I lose my subwoofer and the sound goes flat. Same with a DVD movie.... Where can I go to find out settings. like how to setup the delays etc..... I am a rookie but got some great advice from all of you. this is a pain in the arsus but fun. I have a Pioneer Plasma with just 2 hdmi out puts. I guess I am just trying to get things wired for good HT and great music Playback..... Thanks...

      Do you have the receiver connected to your TV? You connect it with a composite video cable, and from there you can configure the 1067.

          Hello All,

          I have an RSX 1067 and an RB 1080 that I use bi-wired to a pair of Infinity kappa 9.2i towers (2 channel only).

          If I use the 1080 to power the bass I get almost nothing. If I use the 1067 for the bass it's good - but I would much rather use the lower power 1067...

          I just got my second 1067 and it hums just like the first one. Why can't Rotel build a reliable product. I went throght 3 RSX-1056 a couple of years ago due to video upconversion problems and finally gave up and bought a Denon. I do like the Rotel sound and since I do not need video switching anymore...
