    rb1072

    Hoi rick c,

    I don't have the Rb1072 but I have Rb1092
If it comes all from the same family you are in good hand :T

Personaly use this for front (better as surpassed Rb1070-1080)

I sold an RB-1072 and had the opportunity to listen to it for a little while and I liked very much. I thought it was, from memory not side by side, the same as the RMB-1077. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Eric works for a dealer like me, I think he means he 'sold it' as a salesperson.

Kevin is correct. I sold it to a customer of mine. The last time I talked to him about it, he really likes it. It was an add on to an H/K receiver and he is very happy with the upgrade.

I think i took it upon myself to go ahead and get the rb1072 when it's time.Same mfg. purchasing kind of appeals to me anyways.Does anyone know what the consensus is as far as how much discount given by dealers. You guys should know.

That is a tough question to answer. With me, it's always case by case. It's never a set discount.

I have taken a chance to listen to the 1072 next to the 1070 in our show room and I preferred the 1072 marginally over the 1070. The bass was tighter and faster, and the top end had a tad more detail. The midrange was about equal, with a slight "dryness" in the 1072, that wasnt necessarily a bad thing....on certain recordings, it would be welcome....it was just a different sound. I would buy the 1072 any day of the week over the 1070.

Does anyone here use this combo? I am thinking of trying a Sonic Frontiers Line 1 SE tube preamp with the RB1072 on my soon-to-be-mine Zu Druids. I am hoping that the combo will be a perfect match.....but of course only listening will tell that.

I just picked up an Onix SP3 tube integrated...

                          Dear Members,

I am looking for a new music system. I was wondering if RC1070 along with the RB1072 is a good combination or not. I also had a look at the RB1070 (130 Watt) and was wondering if that would go along with the pre-amplifier. 1070 is cheaper then the 1072, but does provide...

                          Hi all,
I'm a proud new owner of the RSP-1068/RMB1075 combo and while I'm still getting used to the controls, I'm experiencing a system power-up problem that I'm wondering if anyone else has had. I'm switching my HD cable box and DVD player component outputs through the 1068 and into the DTV...

                          Hello All,

Has anyone built any line arrays for mains, center, and surrounds that are of high quality for a decent price? Someone that has a build list and parts list? I cant seem to find anyone that has built something like this and tested it with good results. Line arrays are more and...
