    Rotel Customer Service

    I have posted questions to Rotel's customer service twice over the last two weeks and have not received a response.

    Has anyone received a reply from them?

    Not very good when they say allow 48 hours for a response and you never get one. :M

    I have found calling them to be the quickest way- always very helpful on the phone.

      I had a simple question for them and got a response the following day. I was very impressed. Sorry you don't seem to be having the same experience. Good luck!

        Sent two emails in and both got replies the same day.

          It took over a week for me to get a response back to a simple question. Still love the gear though.
