My Rsp1098 has firmware version 2.1.8-050308, what awould be the benefits of updating to the most current version? Any light on this matter would greatly be appreciated.

Hold down MUTE and it should pop up on the LCD panel.

Okay, this could be the most annoying thing ever (well besides my IR system not working).
