    RR-1050 Remote - Help and Advice Please!

    I spent part of the day programming the Rotel RR-1050 and now I'm stuck with a remote that won't give me the on screen display that I was able to view yesterday! I've tried preloading after clearing both AUD and Video 1. I've cleared all of the commands that I've entered. I've even installed new batteries! Each time I've preloaded, the menu button turns on/off my television while in the AUD Mode. Any help with returning the remote to it's original state would be greatly appreciated! I've closely followed the instructions in the manual but it's just not working out.

      FRQ DIR problem on RR1050 remote

      Recently, my RR1050 remote has displayed "FRQ DIR" and no buttons work. I tried pressing the reset, preload and clear buttons, but only the reset seems to do anything. The LCD screen flashes, but the same message keeps coming up. Has anyone encountered this? Any suggestions?

      Is there a way to do this on the 1066 with a RR1050 remote? I can't find it for the life of me. Also, isn't the 1050 supposed to have a little flip panel under the slider?

      Just got the RSP1068 in UK and took me not more than 1 hour to setup and plug it all in. Very easy to use and has substantial additional functionality over the 1066 that is practically usefull and they should be complimented on not just adding gimmicks all over the shop.
