Question about Rotel's warranty: I bought a Rotel RSX 1057 in March 2006 (and I LOVE it!) in but it seems that the RR 1060 is malfunctioning: I have a column of dead pixels on the remote control LCD screen - they do not illuminate. I replaced the battery but the column of pixels still does not light up.
Presumably that's covered under the warranty and I can have the remote fixed or replaced. Can I bring it to any Rotel dealer or must I bring it to the one I bought it from?
