Power ratings for the new RB 1091 and 1092

If you take a look at the specs for these amps they show the wattge input on the 1092 at 600 watts and the output at 500 watts per channel. thats 1000 watts out nad 600 in, im no super scientist but that seems impossible. the 1092 specs also don't sate that this is with both channels driven. it's the same thing for the 1091.
Anyone know how this is possible?

The input ratings on the amp are listed as normal listening levels, not maximums. Same for a lot of Rotel's other amps.

      RB-1092-1091 class D amplifier

I own an RB-1092-1091 class D amplifier I recently blew the tweeters, four resistors and two vairable control pods in both my 3A Vandersteen speakers. Is there a problem with these power switching (ICEpower) amplifiers in the high frequency filters.

      Bought an RB-1091

I am currently powering my center channel (which is an N803) with two channels from an RMB-1075; the RB-1091 will now power the mid and tweeter.

I have another brand of Digital amp which is 1300watts that will power the woofers. I already know I like the results of that, in comparison...

      Sadly Disappointed by the RB-1092
      by RebelMan
I was running some errands today that inadvertently brought me near a Rotel dealer. I had some extra time on my hands so I thought I would pop in and see what changes have taken place since my last visit, which wasn’t that long ago. One of the salesmen, that I have gotten to know pretty well, was...

Rotel RB-1091 or RB-1092 Voltage Settings
      by EmilSA
Since the Rotel RB-1091 is based in the ICEpower board it leads me to believe it is rather easy to set the voltage from 110 Volt to 230 Volt using the standard jumpers on the board.

I'm looking for two RB-1091's or a RB-1092 at present and seem to have found one RB-1091 in the UK and...
