Is it possible to have component input to 1068, and have a composite output to zone 2? I.e. if ever you wanted to watch DVD in second Zone.

When the RDC-7 outputs a video signal, I assume it has to be the same cable type that is coming in.
For example, I can't have a VCR coming into VIDEO 1 through a composite input, and output it to my display through the Video 1 component outputs...I must use Video 1's composite out...correct?... -
Howdy ... I have not used S-Video, but recently when studying my SAT receivers manual, I noted it outputs S-Video.
What is generally better a signal / picture composite or S-Video. Also which is easier to convert to component signal ??
