RX-1050 driving B&W 704's or 705's?

    RX-1050 driving B&W 704's or 705's?

    I love my RX-1050, and don't care to go multichannel for a long while yet. I want to eventually upgrade my 603's to the 700 series. How well does the RX-1050 drive the 705's and 704's (I'll be deciding between the two)...? The receiver does a tremendous job on my 603's....

    Anyone know?

      I haven't heard that particular reciever. However the B&W 700 series is designed to be easy to drive by quality recievers (very similar to the 600 series in that respect). So it should be as good... Of course a better amp will improve further - but you will enjoy your upgrade to the speakers..

      The 705s and 704s are very different from each other and the 603s you have now... You may also want to listen to the 703s...
