    RB1092 and 20amp outlet?

    With these new light weight monster killers avail....
    Is it still really a need for a 20amp circuit?

    Or would it be just as good to plug them into a filter/surge protector piece of equipment?

      It has a power consumption of 600 watts. That gives you less than 3 amps with 220v and less than 6 with 110 volts.

              I'm currently removing a living room wall to better accommodate my system. As long as I'm taking out a wall, I've decided to install a dedicated 20amp circuit. I've never been convinced of the need for a line conditioner, never heard a difference, but a dedicated circuit does make sense.

              I would appreciate anyone that can share experience on RB1092. I recently added RB1092 to RSP1098, which now drive my front speakers and now the RMB1095 drive the rear and center speakers.

              Both the amp are turn on and off via the +12v trigger from the RSP1098 but I noticed each time...
