    RSX-1065 no sound

    Hi everyone.

Last night I was playing loud in 5ch stereo mode, suddenly there was no sound. The receiver was very warm.
I have tried different inputs, factory reset and reconfiguration, but all speakers are dead.
It looks like everything else is normal, I can change inputs, and onscreen menu and front display are ok.
Can it be a fuse blown somewhere? I have opened it up and fund three fuses inside but they all look ok.

Has somebody experienced something like this?
Thanks in advance for the help,

    ShaSha

the same thing happened to my RB980, one channel dropped out. I was sweating bullets.

Double checked and found the offending fuse on the second go around.
      Boy was I relieved!

Glad you had the same outcome!!

Sort of reminds me of the time I pulled up to a stop sign on one of my motorcycles, and forgot to put my feet down!?!?!?

        RB-1095 fuse change
        by tomasito
        Hello,
Has anyone changed the fuse in a RB-1095.
I don't get audio coming out of the rear channe, I think one of the fuses is blown. I opened the 1095 and the fuses are buried way in the PCB.

I experienced this with the 1080, It was a blown fuse. The fuses in the RB-1080...

        RB-1080 Left channel fuse blown
        by DL86
The left channel on my 1080 has blown and it seems the fuse has melted away on the channel. Is this an indication of something gone wrong with the amp from an over current? Still searching for a correct replacement fuse.

        Help.

I think I have a blown fuse in my RC1090 preamp. I took of the cover and saw that the fuse had a clear cover over it with a warning do not remove unless a trained tech. I suppose the warning is because of the power supply, but by just looking at the fuse it looks broken. Its a very...

        RB-991 keeps blowing main fuse
        by kingwilliam
        Hi all...

The problem: My RB-991 blew its main 12-amp fuse the other day (the fuse you can easily change from the back). I tried 10-amp fuses, but blew three in a row. No other components or speakers were hooked up to the amp. I unplugged the amp from the wall before swapping fuses....

        Serious Earthquake Cinenova Issue
        by Zissou
Have what until today was a perfectly functioning Cinenova 5.
Well I have had an issue, not a small one, and am very upset with Earthquake's response. We had the system on playing a movie as background noise when I heard a loud POP and a strange noise I'd never heard before. I glanced back at...
