    It's been a while but I am back.....

    Haven't been over here for a while, no good reason either. Just saying Hi again. Here is my rotel gear....


    only difference now is the xbox has been replaced with an xbox360. Don't make fun of the wall paper either I am a renter. :B

    edit: speakers are Energy C-9 fronts with C-1 rears and a Veritas V2.0c for the center. Also a paradigm pw2200 (i think) sub.

          DSGCobra, Nice setup, I am interested to know why you have the Verita's centre speaker?

          Did you previously own the matching Energy CC1 centre and not like it?

          Being the owner of the same speakers (but not the same centre) I am interested to know what you think of the Energy's and if you are content to stay with them in the long term.

                  I did have the CC1 center and thought it was definetly lacking only kept it about a week. The veritas stuff is amazing night and day difference and worth the extra money. I am going to upgrade everything to veritas in the next few months. along with some sort of new DVD storage solution. :B

                      The usual disclaimer applies...not scientific, yadda, yadda, yadda. (Though we did have a switcher to make changes immediately, and volume levels were controlled)

                      OK...many of you know I've been demo'ing new speakers for awhile now. I even went so far as to buy a Radio Shack 4 speaker...

                      I currently have the RSP-1066/RB-1075 combo. I'm interested in possibly upgrading my current speakers (Axiom Audio M22ti) with some Energy Veritas 2.2 bookshelves.

                      Does anyone here have these speakers? Is the RB-1075 enough for the Veritas? Should I look into buying a RB-1080 amp for...

                      I currently have a pair of Energy C-9. But looking to upgrade to something better. I've home auditioned a pair of Veritas 2.3i and loved the sound stage and the detail. Then......I got to this forum and the Rotel forum and many people here paired their Rotel with B&W 804s. ...
