Thats similar to how I want to do mine. I want a normal living room, that has my theater in it. I really do not desire to have an actual theater type room. Id rather have the room be for my home studio.

Looks really nice Demon I hope I can get mine even close to that! I'm working at it though Next up I'm building some custom cabinetry with my Dad for my gear. If I can get Andrew or someone else to host the pic, I have a rendering of what it will look like.

Sikoniko, I think most of us agree that a combo space is what most of us end up with. Unfortunately most of us don't have the space or money (or spouse :LOL: ) to have a decicated theatre. Besides IMO other than the slight light control issues I think you can have a nicer more inviting Family/Theatre room than a dedicated one. Though not necessarily as functional.

One other little thing DPA. Can you put the [ "url" ] and [ "/url" ] (no "'s or spaces) tags around the address in your "signature". It will just make it easier for us folks to click on it and see that nice room of yours :P
