    Biamping with RMB-1075?

I'am planning to bi-amp my speakers KEF XQ5. They would receive power from an RMB-1075. Has anybody got experience with this vertical biamping. Will there be differences in the output level of low-and high frequencies as the resistance will be different?

How about linking 2 Channels to one box, without removing the bridge between low and high frequencies?

    Hi,

Try this thread and this one - you will see it will work fine..

No you will short out the amplifier if you do this since the metal bridge on the speakers would then connect the two channels together!!!! You must remove thie bridge...

Speaker Battle: KEF XQ5 vs. Dynaudio Audience 82
      by jbreezy5
This is a review/comparison of the KEF XQ5's with Dynaudio Audience 82's:

I purchased a pair of KEF XQ5's used yesterday for $1,000 from Theatrical Concepts Inc. on Craig's List. They seem to be fully broken in; they lack the typical signs to indicate otherwise. Initially I was not sure...

Question about adding a second amp to my RMB1075
      by nash
I've currently got an RMB1075 and an RSP1066 with Definitive Technology speakers. I've ordered some new towers for the main L/R (Def Tech 7001SC's) which should be a considerable upgrade from my current towers (Def Tech ProTower 400's). I am going to move my ProTower 400's to the rear.

      As the topic says...

Is it possible to bi-amp RMB1075 with zone 2?

I have RSP1068/RMB1075 kombo and i have connected Front Left/Right as usual... but what happens if i connect zone 2 Left/Right output to RMB1075 Left/Right surround and bi-amp the speakers?
