Yes, we may be back but at a snail's pace.
Ever since things were "done," trying to access Club Rotel and specific threads have become very difficult and all too slow!
Other parts of HTGuide.com are fine - as they were before.
Change can be good. But not with whatever you've done.
Isn't communication supposed to get faster and better?
Not now!

Gary the change we made wasn't to upgrade it came about due to our previous server arrangement no longer being an option. Right now we're more or less limiting along on another connection that isn't as large as our old one which is why things are slower here. The reason Club Rotel is slower then the rest might have something to do with the fact we're the largest section of the forum...I believe Mats is trying to get us onto a faster line but bandwidth costs money and we don't have a lot to spend right now. If you want to know more I suggest starting a thread in the Admin area where mats will see it.

by AzekeI have just switched from Cox Cable Internet Service (15/2) to Verizon FIOS (30/5) for the same price. by LaserVisionYesterday, Verizon came and installed my FIOS TV service and setup my DVR's and STB's and it looked like everything was working fine until we attached the HDMI from the Home Media DVR (7216) to my new RSP-1570.
