    Hi Andrew,

The weight of the DVD 1040 is: 4.5kg.

My favorite Rotel item is the RC 1090 as it was the beginning of my love affair with Rotel. The RC 1090 represents calrity and delivers a stage presence I was previously unaware that my CD contained.

It has made by daily investigations into the audophile world feel worth my time and I currently spend around 1-2 hours searching what is the perfect speaker to partner it and its sibling RB1080. :T

              i want the shirt

Andrew; my fav. Rotel device is my 1095 amp...without it i would not be able to blow down the walls (and my friends) while watching The Italian Job in wonderful surround sound!...or having my neighbor tell me he really enjoyed hearing Led Zepplin "How the West was Won" on DVD-Audio at 2 AM..OOPS( a little to much vino)

              In Rotel Veritas...

Looking for pre/pro with 3 output zones. Does Rotel offer this?
                  by dpolmann
I have a Yamaha RXV2400 receiver for 7.1 HT plus stereo on zone 2 and on zone 3. I use Rotel amps for left, right, center of HT and use the Yamaha to power surround and back channels (all 7 channels are B&W spkrs). I have Rotel amps for zones 2 and 3 located elsewhere in the house. I am having some...

                  by A*Caps
I am a club Rotel member and am set on the RSP 1066. I am have ben leaning towards the RMB1095 as well, however, I just ran into a B&K 7250 which is brand new and from an authroized dealer. It retails for $2,499 new, but they are willing to go $1,420 for the unit (which includes a full warranty...

                  Rotel 1055 spotted cheap.
                  by Andrew Pratt
I should likely lead by example and not "cross post" but hey I get to bend the rules every now and then I'm just plugging the ad I have for my 1055 that's currently for sale here I've love to see it go to a Club Rotel member then some unknown person on Audiogon etc.

Question about new Rotel line conditioners
                  by H.Donald
First and foremost...how do they do it??...mainly the price. The new 1040 is going to sell for less than 500 bucks. It has all the amenities...multi-stage protection, isolated noise filter banks, and here's what gets me....automatic voltage regulation.

M**ster has their AVS 2000,which retails...

                  progressive on RDV1060
                  by sirbogey
My RDV1060 came back from Rotel with an exchanged tray. When I put in a DVD or CD, it takes like 10 secs for the disc to load. This was a matter of 2-3 secs before. What have they done to it?

Another question: I changed the picture to watch a movie in progressive mode. When I do that,...
