    Problem with RR 1050

    I have a RSP 1068 and the remote RR 1050.
    But I have a problem with the RR 1050.

    If I press a button on the remote, the display of the RR 1050 turn off.
    There is no reaction on the RSP 1068.

    After press the reset button, the RR 1050 turn on.
    But if I press a button on the RR 1050, the remote turn off again.

    So I cant control the RSP 1068.

    Waths the problem?

      Try replacing the batteries even if new. I had a bad one out of the pack the other day..

          Hello Rotel fans and friends!!. My Rotel remote stops chirping when I press a button when the battery is getting low. Truth is, I actually prefer it to not 'chirp' when I press it's buttons.

          Question? Is there something I can do to make it NOT chirp permanently?.

          I've read the manual and don't understad something; why do i have to get up everytime i want to input the diff. surround modes? i have to push to multi input button to listen to dvd-audio eventhough i set cd to analog in the menu system. is there another way to do this? is there another way to change...

          Hi folks, well i took the plunge and paid for a display model of the 1068 to use for a week to see if its much better than my roksan processor (and the 1066 which i borrowed from same dealer last year and returned as didnt think it was good enough to replace my roksan)
