1066 loses ALL settings after 5 minute power outage?!

Man, this is driving me NUTS! My 1066 lost EVERYTHING (except firmware) after a 5 minute power outage. What's confusing me is that I have it plugged in to a Panamax M5300 power center. Every night, I hit the master power button on the Panamax to shut down in sequence. What it the difference between the two? :x

I've been through the same thing. After a few minutes without power, it goes blank. Not to mention the 23 hours we were without power last week. POWER COMPANIES

The easiest way to find something lost around the house, is to buy a replacement.

As long as people will accept crap, it will be financially profitable to dispense it.

After the long-a@@ blackout (27 hrs w/o power for me), I was sure I needed to redo my 1066 settings. I flick the thing back on and h: my settings were still there! I don't know why my settings were preserved as opposed to yours. :?

I had a 1055 at work that would be fine until a quick power flicker. Like on/off quickly. Something in the way it went quickly would reset it. I put a small battery backup on it and it's been fine since.

Could it have anything to do with what "power mode" the RSP-1066 is set to?

Anyone care to post a theroy, or better yet, an answer?

I have mine in Standby mode. However, after the blackout hit, I turned off the master power button (out position). 27 hours later, pushed it back in and hit power on the RR969 and settings were still there. :? The firmware was 1.43.
