Was wondering what sound modes everyone is using on their rotels for TV and music. For example for sat i have the default setting as PL11 but depending on broadcast it will default to PL11 or dolby digital. For music/cd default is set to dts neo but often i switch on the fly to 2ch.I'm just curious as to everyones likes/interest.

TV is in PLIIx C and movies are in what ever format they are encoded in with PLIIx giving me the 6th and 7th rear channels.
Music is almost always pure 2 channel- Bottom

Same as Andrew.
Tivo is Dolby Pro Logic 2 (I have 5 speakers, need 6 or 7 for PL2x) and it sounds incredible
For movies, I choose DTS when available, Dolby Digital when not.
I rarely use "Cinema EQ"
For music, I never use surround, always 2 channel, or 2 channel plus a sub.
