I've ordered a RSX-1055 from the same dealer that I'mlistening is having problems with. Is that bad? They have been good to me in the past, so I'll cross my fingers! I'm so excited to get it! Plus they gave me a killer deal on a Stewart Grayhawk! I guess I better get to drywalling, huh? Lookiing forward to future Rotel conversations with ya'l!

Welcome to the forum AgFrost. If they've done well for you in the past, they probably will continue to do so.

Wow, bet you're happy about the upgrades to your home theater. Let us know how it all turns out.

I've had problems at Audio Port in Overland Park also. Personally, I won't go back. I purchased my new AVP2 from a dealer in Colorado. Luckily. I travel a lot, which allows me to visit other dealers.

Wow, two complaints about the same dealer. Tread softly there AG. Are there any other dealers of Rotel in the area?

Well, the finger crossing didn't help. When I placed my order they said it was not on back order. Today I called to check status and what do you know? BACK ORDERED!! Even the 1065 is out! I really don't want to wait until October and the 13 months 0% interest ends this month. Should I buy the 1066 and 1075 for $2200?

The 1066 & 1075 combo is very very good and worth the cost over a 1055 providing cost isn't prohibative.

Who no longer has their Proceed AVP2 HT pre/pro?
              by Jeff
I am looking forward to purchasing the Proceed AVP2. I've heard other Proceed equipment but never the AVP2.
I've always liked what I've heard.

My question for those of you who had an AVP2 is why did you sell it? What was lacking compare to the model which replaced it?

              Proceed AVP2+6 vs Bryston SP1.7
              by stringzz
              Hello all,

I am looking for comments on these two processors. I have read the proceed avp2 has great DACs and can make a low end CD player sound awesome. I was wondering if the Bryston has the ability too.

I would love to hear anybody's thoughts. Thanks.

Hi - I'm a new member to the club, but I've been perusing the dialogue for the past month as I decided on an upgrade path for my surround system. Thanks to the comments I read, I ended up auditioning and ultimately buying the RSP 1066 and RMB 1075 combo. I now have these driving:

              Hello Forum,

I currently have a Lexicon MC-1 processor and would really like to upgrade. I have been looking at the Parasound C1 and the MC-12. The MC-12 is really out of my price range at the moment because of the purchase of 2 A21 amps and 2 A23 amps in the past 3 months 8) .
