    So does B&W own Classe and ROTEL?

    Saw this in a posting relating to the launch of the new B&W 800 series.

    "That company happens to be B&W Loudspeakers, which is now surely by far the largest specialist high-fidelity brand on the planet, whose fiefdom includes Classé and Rotel"...

    Any confirmation ?

      Not true. What is true is that B&W does own Classe but B&W and Rotel only share global distributors. Also, B&W and some Rotel engineers share common floor space at the B&W facilities in England.

      Do a forum search to find the specifics. This has been discussed many times.
