    RB-970BX and RC-970...

    Hi there...

    I'm relatively new to this forum, but not to Rotel!!

    The RSX-1055 is quite a machine!...I'm quite satisfied now...and you can seriously see the faulty DD tracks (like The Musketeer's vocals) and the ones that are perfect (LOTR and so man others)...

    But in the beginning…

    For 7 years I had a RB-970BX amp and RC-970 pre-amp combo…

    Then a few years after, I had the chance to get another RB-970BX and bridged them mono…

    Now lacking the space, and into the HT way (and living in a condo) I would like to sell them…but I’m not in a hurry.

    I was wondering how much could I get for them if I sell the separately and what would be a fair price for a package.

    I live in Canada (so Canadian $$).

          I wish I could help out here Freak, but I don't really have a clue. You might try to find out what similar gear goes for at Audiogon or Ebay or maybe someone with a membership to Audiogon can consult their blue book for the equipment you're trying to sell.

              As keith mentions checking what these items have been going for on ebay and audiogon is a good start. You might also want to email Lex as he's got an account with audiogon and can check the bluebook values.
