Help please! - Firmware Upgrade Cord for 1098

Hello all,
About 2 months ago I got a 1098 used on audiogon. I LOVE IT! In Dec. I got a 1090 and 1095. Well I am VERY happy with them also. I do have a problem though. My 1098 firmware has never been updated and I am planning on doing it. I never got the cord to hook up the 1098 and computer from the original owner. Well I read the archives here and found out some got one from Rotel. Well I have emailed them several times (4) back and forth and they said they would send me one, well its been over 2 months and nothing. I tried to make one with Andrews post as a reference but it didnt work out. I would just like to buy one from rotel! Any help would be great. Any place I can get one other than Rotel? Help please. Just give Rotel a call and ask for tech support. I was in the same situation as you and they sent me one during the week between Christmas and New Years for $12.95. The take credit cards too. Not sure what you've had so many problems. I got mine within a day via UPS- of course I also live 50 miles away from their Reading Headquarters.
